My wife says I'm weird because I like using the CPAP

When I got tested initially I gaped to get a mouth appliance rather than a machine (my wife had switched from a machine to an appliance). But the doc said my apnea was serious enough an appliance probably wouldn’t work. Six years later I find it nearly impossible to sleep without my machine. And my wife has thrown away her appliance and gone back to a machine, too. When I put on my mask and take a deep breath I go to my safe place.
