DreamMapper Server Error?

App is working again.
Log in is working again.

Machine uploading data via modem is not working.

You won't get any sympathy from the regulars here because DreamMapper is a very weak tool.

Different state. I was assigned a Therapist and a coach to help push through the beginnings. They are not local and need the machine to upload its info.

My Iphone still wouldn't connect to Bluetooth after reinstalling app which is finally up and running again so in order to fix this I want into the Dreammapper app find settings scroll to Therapy Device (I turned on automatic Bluetooth and Using Bluetooth (LE) inside the settings app) then to Wi-Fi then Next and I let the app do its thing Also you need to bring up the bluetooth on the DreamStation click on that so its in discovery mode Also you need to go into settings on your Iphone Bluetooth it should do a discovery on your device the number will appear on the DreamStation , on your iphone type in the number from the DreamStation when and if it appears . This worked for me but is time sensitive so have it all up and ready to initiate asap.

Monday 10 Feb 2020, I just got off the phone with Phillips. It is their server, no one knows when it will be fixed. I told them it is very inconsiderate of customers not to post server down situations on the login page of the Dreammapper website. That is where I go when the phone app is not working. If you try to log in, it redirects back the same login page. If they had posted the server down there, I would not have wasted their and my time calling.

Almost 2 years after getting my DreamStation (and loving it), I decided to give DreamMapper a try... and guess what, the server is still not working for registrations.

SleepyHead is still my to-go app.

I just tried https://www.mydreammapper.com/ was able to log in. They were down for maintenance on 17-19 but resumed on the 20th.
