Hello Forum,
I'm a newish APAP user, using religiously for 67 straight days, but my AHI is going up and I'm feeling much, much worse then when I started. I'm trying to make this work, but I'm considering stopping therapy - but before you yell at me, I'm getting worse than when I started! I was diagnosed with very Mild Apnea, 7 events an hour. Every since I've started therapy I'm slowly going up. MY AHI is 9.19 now.
Heres the issue though, besides the increasing AHI, my stomach hurts, and not just like a little gas in the morning, my stomach hurts all day like I did 3000 sit ups the day before. I am a very healthy, athletic, person. I get up at 430 everyday and lift or run 6 days a week. Somedays it bothers me to have to push through it at the gym in the mornings.
The Drs have set my pressure from 6-11 now, using a Resmed S10 APAP machine, with an Airfit F20 Full Face Mask. I've complained enough where they say I may need a BiPap machine. I've done as much reading as I could, and it seems a lot of you are really well educated at reading these sleepyhead charts, and I'm asking for help to see what I an do to make therapy work.
I've called and spoke to the Dr a few times, but he keeps saying I need to adjust to therapy, but Its been 67 days and I'm kinda at my breaking point of it making things worse than helping. I'd like to make this work, who wouldn't want to feel less tired every day??????????
I've downloaded Oscar and have uploaded my Info from my SD Card. What chart can I post to help figure out why I my AHI is going up?
Thanks!
