Thanks Jas - I'm working on OSCAR !
___________-
Hi Pugsy :
As down as I was yesterday - I'm up that much today and cautiously optimistic again- as when I had a 6.5 AHI on Jan 1 . .
An all time best AHI score of 1.6 Events per Hour- last night .
I can hardly believe IT !!!
Here are the specifics ;
FROM CPAP MACHINE :

Usage 8.39 hrs
Events 1.6
Mask
Humid
Ave use 9.2 hrs
Ave hrs 91.9 hrs
Pressure 9.7
Leak 14l
AHI 11.o
Total AI 10.5
Central AI 9.9

RESMED : MyAIR
Score 90 ( lost 10 p0ints on seal or it would have been 100% !
Seal (poor ) 34 ( ????) Even though the CPAP shows a happy face for seal ?
All the rest 100%
____________
New as of last night " FitBit Inspire" ($ 95.00 ) - with Sleep Tracking ( Heart Rate based )
Time Asleep : 7 hrs 44 min
--
Awake : 14 % - 1hr 15 min
REM: 17 % - 1hr 15 min
Light sleep : 62% - 5hrs 34min
Deep Sleep : 7 % - 39min
There is a graph on Fitbit that shows two periods of the deep sleep between 12:30 and 2:30 ( went to bed 12:27)
The rest is mostly a Light Sleep line on graph until about 4:30 -woke up fully- - then a good two hours of more light sleep- from 7 on- chequered with waking and light sleep .
I though I had actually been awake from the time I went to bed until about 4:30 and only then did I sleep for about two hours . But if the Fitbit is correct I slept most in first 3 hours ( all of the 39min of deep ) .
So Pugsy it seems your reccomendations are dead on with the pressure and the changes to EPR- all of which I made exactly as you proposed .KUDOS for you ! What now ? If I could keep this AHI it would be returning after 5 years from the sleep deprived ( with CPAP ) dead. If this could be sustained over some days or longer I would be able to function again . But I'm also concerned to keep at this and improve AHI if that is possible . As mentioned " I'm all in this time ". !
So please do advise what next ( Sleep Yoda) Pugsy

.
I'm continuing to day to work on getting OSCAR up . I'm going to seek out some pro help on that . For the moment the Fitbit seems something of a new aid and blessing for the additional data ! It's very confidence building to se the Fitbit report this way on laptop screen -with all the other CPAP data .
The suggestions you made with pressure down and ERP changes seems to have turned the tide ( maybe- I do hope so ! ). Anyway what suggestions ( apart from OSCAR ) - if any- what next -please ?
Most Grateful :
pat
Thanks also to Zonker, Jas , Dog S , and the entire crew !
