Been using my machine less than 2 months.
After about 2-4 hours of sleep I usually wake up to use the the restroom. Usually struggle a bit to get back to sleep with or without the machine. However I have been getting frustrated and taking the mask off. Been getting about 5.5 hours average of usage per night per the app. Any tips for getting back to sleep with the mask on?

If it's hard to get back to sleep "with or without" the machine....I suggest you leave the mask and machine on. Have you tried Benadryl?

Re: Breaking a bad habit that's forming
One thing that seems to be happening on a more frequent basis is the machine 'ramps up' when I am still trying to get back to sleep. So it moves up to my full setting of 12 and this makes it harder to get back to sleep. How is it supposed to recognize I am really asleep before the pressure increases?
Re: Breaking a bad habit that's forming
So just how long is your ramp time set to and how long is it taking you to fall asleep?
Which ramp setting are you using? Regular ramp or auto ramp?

Auto ramp is limited to 30 minutes only.
It ramps up until it either thinks you are asleep or 30 minutes whichever comes first.
If it is ramping to full pressure before 30 minutes is up then it thinks you are asleep...it's not perfect. Remember the machine can't really tell if you are asleep or not because it has no way to measure actual sleep status. It's doing the best it can by guessing at sleep status based on your breathing.
If it is taking longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep it is still going to go to full pressure after 30 minutes. That's just how it works.
You can of course restart the machine and try again...you get another 30 minutes.
So....is it taking you longer than 30 minutes or is the machine assuming that you are asleep prior to the 30 minutes or is it taking longer for you to fall asleep?
If it is taking longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep then maybe you should change over to regular ramp and set it to the max of 45 minutes.

When shuffling off to the throne, unplug the mask from the hose and
LEAVE IT ON.
Then you just plug it in and lie down once the paperwork is done
