I had great results with the Zzoma positional sleep device.
But sometimes it slips and I end up on my back.
Does anyone nude and straps or tape ,etc to fix it in place?

"Sleep" nude?
Slippery dude!
Tape, yes, maybe
Or try a long, heavy pillow--not attached, next to your back.
Don't forget your bipap.
No way around it.

What is making positional therapy necessary for your autobilevel use?
No device that is conducive to good sleep is 100% effective for preventing back sleeping, since all the forms of positional therapy that work disturb sleep--which pretty much defeats the whole purpose when it comes to improving sleep by not disturbing it. A blocked breath will disturb sleep, but no more so than something that blocks you from turning or pokes you to keep you off your back. A pillow may 'encourage' a type of sleep, but people can sleep on their backs even on top of a bowling ball in a backpack if the brain is insistent on it. Brains are stubborn that way.
An autobilevel needs to be set up to handle the times you end up on your back.
In emergencies, the best thing I've found to keep off my back is a child-size bicycle helmet with the edges right up against the shoulder blades, held tightly in place by a belt running through the slats of the helmet and then under my arms to be buckled in front. Not conducive to good sleep, mind you, but purdy darn effective. As they say, pain can be a powerful motivator.

i've started slipping back (heh) to sleeping supine recently. i believe it's due to my current bed which will be changing soon. the supine position is causing me to have obstructive events.
if the upcoming change in beds doesn't help, i'll consider this more carefully. seems like it should work for me.
thanks!
