Except I slept better, and certainly less, before cpap therapy. I know.. well I didn't know how 'bad' I was sleeping before. But that's my decision to make. Overall therapy has caused more problems than it has solved. And it would be prudent for clinicians to stop hyping up the 'miracle' effects of cpap that have never came. All I wanted was transparency, honesty, and collaboration (with the Dr) from the start, nothing more.Goofproof wrote: ↑Sun Apr 12, 2020 11:11 amAfter 11 years, you are still alive to enjoy XPAP, I'd call that a improvement. I can breath better at night with my XPAP, than I do all day with Air alone. I have trouble sleeping and still doze off watching T.V., but that may be med's. I enjoy my 15 years on XPAP, will take 15 more years if I can get it! I made piece with my XPAP the first night, no other option except to die, it was a no-brainer, use it or die, is a good Motivator. Jim
If the choice is an increased risk for cardiovascular disease or better QOL NOW, I'll take the later.
