Hi dear CpapTalk forum users I am new here so please forgive me if I do this the wrong way , or point to the right direction. I purchased the cpap machine 2 weeks ago and I use it constantly during the night , I am using at the same time a chin strap. I installed the sleepyhead software but all the charts for me does not make any sense so far. Who can help me to read them I can post them here but I am not sure that I need to do this for each separate day.
I have a doctor appointment in about a month because all is booked and no sooner date was available.

An updated guide is on the way.

welcome aboard! you've certainly come to the right place.

please go right ahead and post them in this thread. it would be good to see maybe three of them. that way the experts(not me) can look them over and tell you how you're doing with your therapy.

We're waiting till the next version drops, since there's a number of changes to the interface

you're going to want to raise your minimum pressure from 5.5. i'd recommend setting the min pressure at 7. it's possible it will eventually go higher, but you need to raise it to 7 at least so that the machine can more quickly help with your events.

look at your chart which shows the pressure throughout the night. it's climbing past that 5.5 min very quickly. so you might as well untie it's hands and let it do it's job. also, there is really no need for the max pressure to be at 16. it may eventually want to climb higher than that. so as long as you are changing the min to 7 you may as well change max to 20.

oh and the next time you post screenshots, please turn off the pie chart. it takes up space and makes it harder to see the chart.
