I did turn off the auto start and set the max pressure in the 12 range because at 20 it was actually pumping out 20 the majority of the time. The other bizarre thing was NO leaks, Not possible.

The Dreamstation will be here Friday and I'll be really surprised if I get similar results.

I haven't seen the data, you haven't posted the requested examples, so I have no explanation, and I don't like guessing.

The fact that the trace continues *through* the session on/off times suggests that the machine did not power down, but your therapy continued.

But as noted previously, trying to get answers from you is a pain in the ass. You've been asked twice now if you've power cycled the machine and you still haven't answered.

You may have bought a new Respironics DreamStation when all you needed was an $8 SD Card, or possibly just a formatting because of a corrupt file system.

There's other things we can learn regarding the leak, by comparing reported detail data against reported summary data but why should we beg you to provide the answer.

I don't care what that says, I want to see a *proper* screenshot, which has things like the SETTING, which you haven't shown.

I've seen machines report false sessions when they *clearly* have not turned off and back on, and yours looks like that's what's happening.

Post a proper screenshot, and I'll show you what I'm talking about.

YUP! Look at the pressure at the start of the night... compare that to the gaps.

I tried a different memory card in the Airsense 10 and had the same results with +30 mask sessions a night and no leaks. I had the mask on for +7 hours and the machine showed that it was operational for +4 hours. The Dreamstation Auto came in yesterday and last night I had 1 session with +8 hours on the machine. I guess the Airsense goes to the dump.

I wonder if the OP's local electric supplier has been having frequent outages .
"Let's just do the service at night--nobody will notice."
Call your local utility, and ask if there have been outages in your neighborhood.
Checking the clocks on appliances is not always helpful,
because some have internal batteries for the clock.

The fact that there's no rampup of pressure tells me it's just data glitches.

IOW, unplug, count to ten, replug and try again.(cold reset)
If the problem persists, warranty service or replacement is indicated.
Or use it anyway, but forget using the data. (And hope for the best)
