What I do is I open the Oscar program on my 'puter. I take the memory card out of my cpap machine and insert it in my computer. Usually, my computer will ask me if I want to download the data (off the card) or I select the "import" icon. A small "import" window will come up. After importing the data off my card, the window will disappear. I then select the daily button and last night's data will appear. A calendar will also appear on the left hand side.... which allows me to select the date I want to look at. The overview will allow me to get a one page overview which is good to show averages and compliance data.

Ps: when you remove the card to put it back in your machine, be sure the card is not "locked".

Yes, I'd like to add that since the OP is using an AirSense 10, and OSCAR does not write to the SD Card, there is no need to lock the card at all.

Both Windows 10 and MacOS do write thumbnail files, but those files only upset the ResMed 9.

I use Oscar on my laptop, which doesn't have an SD card slot. I bought a cheap SD card reader, which I plug into the laptop.
Oscar software is available at https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/
