Resmed MyAir Problems

Post by SemperFiGuy » Mon Oct 21, 2019 4:22 pm

Hi all.

Hope everyone is doing well. I usually check MyAir Score every afternoon, to see what it was from the evening before. Since about Saturday, ( 19 October 2019), all I get is a message that says "The server is not responding. Please try later."

I get that on my Iphone and on my IPad. When I try to log on to the MyAir feature on the U.S. based ResMed server, it tells me that Service is Unavailable.

Is it me, or is anyone else having issues?

Thanks from Largo, Florida

I'm getting a message that says they are experiencing technical difficulties. Can view old data but the server isn't getting new data.

Use your Sleep Report...More information and Better information. Be sure your Essentials setting is "plus".

Perhaps they have finally realized it is inane and mostly unhelpful.

Sleep Report---100% frog approved.
Edit---Note: your first post indicates you have a Autoset--but your sig shows the "cpap".
The Autoset is further down the list, under Resmed.
Not our fault--just some boneheaded mistake nobody wants to correct.

Actually someone has tried to get that little boo boo corrected. I have asked.
I was told a major deal to redo the whatever entry in the inventory sytstem at cpap.com and a software issue.

So...I did try...but it's not going to be fixed so we might as well just suck it up and move on.
