F20 mask and neck pain

Hey, Have had and used a Cpap for almost 13 years now with no real issues, have switched between machines and currently have the newest Redmed. The reason I am posting is I noticed I wake up with major neck pain and have it throughout the day with the F20. I first used it about 8 months ago and had no clue the mask was related to the pain but when I switched it out with a Quattro, no more pain. Now last week I tried my F20 again and again wake up with neck pain, barely able to turn neck during day ect. It gets better closer to bed time.

The straps are not too tight and it seems to fit similar to other masks, does anyone else have issues with this specific mask? Normally I would just switch but my other one is broken and I have 2xF20's including 2 replacement cushions and would like to not waste them.

I have a f20 as well. I am also having neck pain. I do think it's the mask. To bad, I had just got used to it.

I use the F20 and don't experience neck pain. You may need to go ahead and switch masks.
