How to get data from Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset machine?

Post by wrybread » Tue Sep 24, 2019 7:56 am

I'm new to CPAP (about 3 months), am slowly getting used to it, I still often remove the mask in my sleep after about 4 hours but I go the distance more and more often. I notice a big difference in energy levels when I make it through the night.

I was wondering what options I have to see my sleep data? The machine gives minimal info on the device itself, only number of hours from the previous night, and prompts me to log into resmed.com/myAir. I just created an account there but it doesn't have any of my past data.

Is it possible to see my past data? I gather it uploads using an SD card.

Is it possible to use something like Sleepy Head with this machine? Or any other way to collect data from it?

Any other options for seeing the data on my phone or anything like that?

Thanks for any help!

Aha, nevermind most of the above, I found how to disable the "simple mode" that it ships in by default. Silly.

I now have my data in Sleepyhead. Is there a way to post it to get some guidance on reading the data?

Anything I should be particularly watching?

And I see that Sleepyhead isn't being developed anymore, is there something else I should be using?

Thanks for any help.

How to post the data and what reports

You can still use SleepyHead if you wish. It is functional as is. Just won't be updated anymore.
Or you can use OSCAR which is based off SleepyHead and while it is still Beta...at least people are actively working on it to remove the bugs and upgrade it. It looks the same and is a faster download...but not all functions are active just yet if you go deep in the software.

You also have LOTS of data on your sleep report, but to see it all, you need to go into your settings...find essentials....change it to plus[/b ].
Now you can see nightly AHI, average pressure, average AHI for day, week month etc.......
