Now, I find out that the whole thing comes with 4 different size cushions! Had I bought it on my own, that's what I would have received. Would have been nice to have them in case someone needed one or as an emergency back up for myself. Some nerve, huh? Anyway, thanks for all the great info.
The full face mask comes with only one cushion. There are other sizes available got purchase. The Dreamwear nasal mask and gel pillow mask both come in a fit pack with all sizes included. The full face mask does not come with more than one size cushion.

I've found that I can get a new cushion for under $20 on my own. I'll have to ask the DME what the price through insurance would be. I'm also bothered that I didn't receive all the cushions that were supposed to come with my mask. She only have me the one that fit me. My DME said buying the fit kit was cheaper for them. The first thing he did after opening my P10 kit was to toss 2 of the 3 cushions into his desk drawer saying insurance only pays for one. I do not know what he does with the others. Sell on eBay?
He also tried to keep the SD card that comes with ResMed machines saying it is not needed with MyAir. I insisted on the card saying my doctor wanted me to bring in the card on my next appointment.

Same! She put the others in the drawer! She also told me I didn't need an SD card. Had to buy my own. They're cheap, but that's not the point, right?

As I have started using the CPAP mask, I want to know one thing. How long a CPAP mask can be used?
If you look a few posts above, there's a list of Medicare replacement times. Although I see many people just keep using the same one as long as it fits and there's no leaks.

As a data point I replaced my P10 headgear after 2 years. It would no longer shrink back sufficiently. I see no reason the frame would need to be replaced.

I keep several headgear clean, springy, and ready to go when my leak rate gets ugly.
After 2+ years I retired my first P10 headgear. I think insurance allows replacement every 3 months.
Wow, I actually started buying p10 head gear on Amazon at about $20 apiece because of the stretching.

Wash and I usually let it soak for at least 5 minutes before squeezing out and letting it dry. The headgear shrinks back.
