Does it account for being lactose intolerant and having to run to the bathroom in the middle of the night

Or being diabetic; and forced to inject additional insulin shot.
So I don't DIE.
Which reminds me . . . increase hint level for that Kitchen Aid freezer bowl that I want.
So I can make low carb frozen delights that NOBODY SELLS.

Bleh.
Sugar. Starch. Gums. Artificial sweeteners.
No thanks. I'll make 24-hour yogurt out of half & half, and then make my own ice cream. Or maybe I'll make cashew cream ice cream.

Eat a substance with a ton of sugar, carbs and fat right before your body goes into an inactive state?
Good idea.
I think I'll stick with my intermittent fasting, increased protein, vegetables, fruit & nuts, and lower carb plan and continue to lose weight.
Edit: "Sleep Expert approved"? Perhaps they should have gotten some opinions from cardiologists as well.

Will you rub my tummy after all that ice cream?
The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

When our cat rolls onto her back (as if asking for a belly-rub), . . . it's a TRAP!
She is feeling playful--and wants to maul your hand.

Or a brownie, wit ice cream, caramel, pecans--
Oh! And I want to be twenty, and NOT DIABETIC!

Yeah, I feel ya. Fortunately, I can still enjoy having some.
But yeah, I've tried it with brownie, and it's awesome!

I can make do with my Ghirardelli 60% dark chips and natural pecans.
Serious, ADULT gorp. Good with a chunk of Brie.
Sometimes I melt the chips with a little heavy whipping cream--instant ganache.

Chicago Granny, I APPROVE of ice cream before bed! Currently lying in bed with my iPad while finishing my ice cream. It's bedtime, so goodnight all.

How about white chocolate honey-cashew fudge at 19 grams of carbs per generous sized piece?
