Using a nasal mask and getting great results with average AHI of .23 over night.
Even so, showing very high leak during the night. I assume this is mouth breathing when in deep sleep since mask fits well.
Should I be concerned even with good AHI results?

Re: Low AHI But Mouth Breathing
It depends.
High leak rate is relative.
Different devices report leaks very differently, because of this some people think their leak rate is high when it's not.
Some have SH/OSCAR misconfigured so it incorrectly flags leaks as high when it's not.
Put machine and mask in signature.
Read the stacked topics.
Post some graphs.
