In the future can you keep all your posted images and questions about what you are doing now in this thread so that we don't have to go hopping all over the forum looking to see what was said or done?

Also please don't just post an image and not include any comments about how you slept or feel or whatever.

About all I can say about the above report is it looks like you had a crappy night's sleep. Makes me wonder how much of those flagged events were flagged when awake.

Lots of awakenings....why?

slobber woke me twice , but used wakeups to go to bathroom . sorry if doing something wrong when posting .felt ok when I woke up though , not crappy at all but then still comparing how I felt before starting therapy.

No problem about the posting. Happens all the time. It's just easier for everyone if we can keep most of this discussion in one topic.

Can you omit the mask pressure graph and include the Flow Limitation graph and report the image please?
Might also be useful to include the snore graph if you can squeeze it in there.

That works. The snores aren't as significant as I thought they might be but the FL graph is.

Any nasal congestion?

no , not plugged at all . most of the time with the ffm I still try to breathe thru nose only . no problems breathing thru nose when awake though. again thx for help and suggestions .
