If your teeth are hurting that tells me that you may have those straps on the mask too tight.
It has nothing to do with the pressure though...so either straps to tight, wrong size nasal pillow, or simply not a good design for your face.

You might like the hose attaching at the top of the head better than at the nose. Many people do. Only way to know is to try one.
Finding the right mask is IMHO the hardest part to all this therapy.

Your top leak line on the graph is all over the place and the pressure isn't...so that tells me either mask movement leak or mouth opening leak. Any chance those leaks are disturbing your sleep much?

So, here is my latest graph, dropped the pressure to 10cm, as it is more comfortable to me.
Results are about stable at this point to 4 AHI.
Honestly they aren't bad compared to what they were before.

Now if I could only understand why I feel so bad.
I am steel feeling tired AF, cranky. I honestly don't feel good at all.
I would even say I feel worse than before having the machine.
I had maybe 1 or 2 nights that were not that bad, where I could say I felt marginally better.
I feel like going to bed at 8 o'clock now..

I am getting so tired of this machine.
I've slept with it every night fort all night for 2 weeks.

I honestly thought I would be getting my life back, would feel better.
I at least hoped to get better a little bit
I am not sure I see the point in dealing with all the hassle.

Sorry for the rant.. I really feel like sh.. this morning
This is SO frustrating.

thanks again for your help, I hope you have a nice day

For future images of your reports.....we don't need AHI graph (have better on the left side info) and we don't need the time at pressure graphs but we do need the flow rate graph. No need to redo this one though.
Also hide the calendar and turn off the pie chart (preferences/appearance tab...remove check mark for show pie chart)

How's your sleep quality? Waking often? Tossing and turning a lot? Fiddling with the mask?

I don't really fiddle with the mask, but I think it isn't right for me. I ordered a dreamwear one, and will see if it does better.
AS for sleep quality, that is hard to say.
I know I toss in the night, I know i flip sides, I can say that once or twice I woke up briefly.
I don't touch the mask at all or fiddle with it . I think I have it ajusted as well as can be, and I feel like i have gotten used to sleeping with the hose by now.

Can it be because I have trouble exhaling against the pression?
I mean I dont know that, but could it cause enough restriction to where it impacts my sleeping and feeling well ?

Do you feel like you are having trouble exhaling against the pressure? Is maybe the timing off...doesn't quite sync up to your breathing or something?

You are using the FLex setting....I can't tell which one but it looks like you are getting about as much exhale relief/drop as is available on the Respironics machine.

The lack of pressure probes during the time after 1:20 or so pretty much tells me that you aren't sleeping so great. When you are sleeping good and things are going smoothly the machine will do a lot of pressure probes (those saw tooth/shark fin things you see) and when not so good they don't happen as much.
I am wondering how much of your flagged events are related more to arousal breathing than airway event related. Might be some false positives in there.

Now why you aren't sleeping so great is the million dollar question. I could be just the newness of every thing in general. Maybe this mask bugs you more than you think. It could be any number of things and we just don't have any way of knowing what it is.

I think you might do better with a ResMed machine....greater exhale relief than the max 2 you are getting now for one thing and the response might work out better for you as it is a little quicker and you might be able to get better results with a little less pressure.
Is there any way you can get your equipment supplier to loan you a ResMed AutoSet to try out????
