Aura De-Cap-itated???

De-cap-itating it works for me. If anything is tricky or uncomfortable is the plastic part that rests on your forehead. I use a couple of round foam makeup applicators to cushion it. I tape them on with papertape and just leave them in place until they get soiled/greasy.

I have no problems with the two stretchy straps. The upper one can be tied very loose. If you get it too snug, you will get a "dent" in your forehead. It's the one across the nasal pillows that does all the work.
