Packaging change for dreamwear or refurb?

Post by Chrysos » Sat Aug 17, 2019 9:58 pm

I’ve been on CPAP for several years, just changed my DME as I now have Medicare. I’m using a Phillips Dream Station and Dreamwear mask.
I just received my first batch of supplies and I’m wondering if something is not right. The nasal cushions I received look like they have been repackaged and the hose is in the same odd packaging and is very stiff.
Has anyone else run in to this?
I attached a photo of the old packaging and the new generic looking package.
Appreciate your thoughts:)

Packaging can change from time to time, often for no apparent reason.
Some packages are designed for display--others for easy shipping.

And you can always ask outright if they were repackaged (and why) vs brand new.

That's what it looks like when I get my supplies.
