New user. Numbers are going down enough
Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
Tried to adjust pressure above 4 but it seems to be set. I don’t think I can adjust it. I think it’s set by therapist

Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
You need to get into "Clinical Mode" to change the pressure.
Pugsy referred you to a link to get the manual which describes how.

Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
The office said the setting is 4-20 so it does up to 20. And increasing the 4 won’t help?
Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
The minimum pressure is the most critical setting. Not the maximum.
Increasing the minimum of 4 to maybe 6 or so...will help. Might need a little more but won't know until you try 6 or so.

Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
I guess. I use to nap twice a day
And I’m not nearly as tired. I noticed that even with the ahi at 35. I guess I will wait a day or two and then if results are the same maybe increase to 7.

Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
So that’s good! Looks like turning up the pressure from 4 to ) made the improvement. I appreciate your help.
Now to tell the doctor

Re: New user. Numbers are going down enough
Increasing the minimum pressure will help with OAs and hyponeas.
Won't help with central apneas though but you aren't having enough central apneas to worry about anyway.
And yes...probably going to need more than 6....just guessing but probably 8 ish.
