Looks like pressure lines from an ASV bilevel machine....a regular ResMed bilevel doesn't have variable PS.

He hasn't included the usual stuff on the left side of the detailed report that shows machine and settings though.

Yes, (s)he should put in the stuff on the left side of the OSCAR report.

I knew that it was more than an APAP because of pressure in excess of 20.

To the OP:

Are you using a BiPAP due to Central (or mixed) Sleep Apnea, or only because you need such high pressures?

Also, you might want to try a regular nasal mask. Your pressures are very high, so nasal mask might be less leaky.
Originally I was diagnosed with central apnea but from what I understand that was incorrect.

In regards to the amount of pressure I am uncertain. I had to have a second sleep study done last September as my therapy was ineffective. After my settings were changed I felt infintely better but I have lost that for some reason.

Im going to look into a nasal mask I think

While I haven't had inadvertent leaks from my mouth I have begun to wonder if the change in weather since May has opened up my mouth and perhaps its leaking without me knowing. I bough some tape and will attempt to tape my mouth shut tonight and see what the result is
