Sometimes electronic equipment will recover from a thorough drying.
You don't want to place the unit in direct sun, or too high a heat.
If possible a location that will be around 100 degrees F with low humidity.

I will outline something I have done to revive phones, remote controls and similar objects.
I have an oven that has a proofing feature. It holds a temp of about 100F.
I have warmed the oven using that feature, and placed the items on a sheet pan away from the element for several hours.
It has usually dried out the components after several hours, and recovered the device... but not every time.

This method is probably a last resort, and in case of CPAP, I would only attempt this if I had a back up unit available.

Prior to doing this, IF you have the PROOF feature, you need to use a reliable thermometer to verify the internal temp. I would suggest not going over 110F.
If the oven does not have that feature, you can try starting the oven in Keep Warm, and shutting it off at about 115F. Be ready to place the item in the oven after you turn it off, and leave it for several hours.

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, ONLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BETTER REPAIR OPTION.

To the OP: If it's working now, you're probably good.

However, there are diagnostic tests that can be run from the menu.
