Re: New to CPAP Therapy | Nothing But Problems
Newest development:
If anyone is using the same setup as me, I have a question about the heated tubing. The tubing works great when I start the machine up, but then a few minutes later it seems like the heating feature gets turned off by the machine.
I have the setting cranked up to 5 for the temperature and can feel the warmth up until it shuts off. Could this be a faulty tube? The orange colored lights stays on and I get no error codes whatsoever.

The tube will always feel cool to the touch. In order for it to feel warm to the touch, it would need to heat the air you breath to over 99 degrees. I don't think you want to breath in air that warm when sleeping. I keep mine set at 75 degrees in the summer and a little warmer in the winter.
