In one of Warren's earlier posts he let us know that he has cerebral palsy. I believe that he is communicating extremely well for one with that affliction. My cousin Max had cerebral palsy and communicating with him was challenging. I miss my cousin Max and I ask that we give Warren the benefit of doubt as he tries to communicate with us. In that same post he asked specifically for no pity, but we could surely lighten up on him some considering this.

Thanks for reading.
thanks for posting this. i blocked him early on and never saw where he shared that.
Hi Zonker... I did see this post when he first posted it. CP is awful! My cousin had it plus a number of complications, and he passed away in his middle fifties from those complications. He was an attorney and sat in a wheel chair the majority of his life.

Not everyone with CP is able to accomplish what he did. CP takes several forms and some are luckier than others. If you (the others) don't like his posts, why can't people just not respond to him. Let the people who understand him and CP respond to him. I just will never understand some people.
I am Vẻhaegh Sorry That Your Cousin Passed away In His Middle 50’s, and He was a LAWYER in a Wheelchair, WOW! I Never was this lucky to get ANY JOB!!!

You may not feel you need criticism but this is an open forum and the same right that you have to post whatever you want to post means that the people you annoy have the same right to say that you annoy them as long as they don't get mean and nasty about it and no one has here.

Cold hard fact of life.

I don't have the time to do the research you need to answer your questions....I have people who need real help right now just using cpap. My time is limited here on the forum....it's all volunteer...non one here gets paid to be here. I have to spend what time I have where I feel it is best/optimally used and it isn't being your research assistant.

You might form a friendship with D.H.....he probably has researched the older stuff more than the rest of us.

What do you mean "Wish I could help".
You can google all his minutiae for him.
Like you tried to guilt everyone on here to do.
Digging up a youtube video and demanding that it be looked at, without doing any home workfirst.
Now Warren comes on and says he IS perfectly able to research, you back off and slide out the back door on him.
Shame. :(

PR's responses aren't mean and nasty? Ridiculing a person with a disability is not proper. Fun club - thanks in advance for your responses.

Blunt and to the point but far from being mean and nasty or even ridiculing anyone much less someone that some people think might have some sort of disability.

I didn't see anyone making fun of any disability here. Making fun of someone in general yes that happens here all the time...disabled or not...but it wasn't because of a disability at all. Just because a person has some sort of disability doesn't mean that people aren't going to be blunt about some things. We don't police bluntness here....we don't police pointed remarks here.
Just because a person has some sort of physical disability isn't going to be a barrier to the blunt speaking people here.
Any physical or mental limitations a person might or might not have...doesn't mean the other people have to change how they are.
Equal footing for all.

Do I like it when I see it...not particularly but there's nothing in the terms of agreement that are being violated when people speak bluntly or even if it appears (to some people) to be harsh. It's simply not in the terms of agreement and if it's not there I can't do a damn thing about it.
I don't like the ugliness that sometimes goes on here no matter who is on the receiving end of it...disabled or not. I cringe a lot but there's nothing I can do about it.

I know you don't quite understand this...but you haven't yet been appointed the feel good morality police here. Your comments only add fuel to the fire that you supposedly want to put out but I privately think that is not your intention anyway.
How about butting out?
Thank you in advance for STFU.

Every "disabled" person I have ever known didn't like being treated any differently than the next person.
They didn't want special treatment...they wanted to just be one of the "guys".
When you are just one of the guys in a club you get to experience all of life and not just the filtered life. Sometimes that unfiltered life isn't so pretty or nice and sometimes is down right ugly.
Here on this forum you pretty much have to join the club whether you want to or not. The club isn't going to change.
Should it???? I dunno and it doesn't really matter what I think anyway.

Everyone...please get back on topic. You all can see where this thread is now going and it's off the track.
If it doesn't get back on track and/or you just want to rehash the same old crappy arguments about who is a bigger asshole because they are blunt speaking....I can fix it so no one can say anything else.

Fair warning. Help Warren if you want to with his research...that's the topic.
The other stuff...just derailment and the smoke is starting to come out of my ears...you all don't want that.
