When is she complaining of trouble inhaling? At the beginning of the night or later?

If at the beginning of the night she is using the ramp and if not using the ramp is simply too uncomfortable...the ramp starting pressures can be increased just a little so as to not be so low. You can start ramp anywhere...doesn't have to be the default 4 EPAP.

This is why you are so helpful and I am NOT. I personally have never used the ramp feature because I hate it. I completely forgot that she was using ramp set at 4. I moved it up to 6 and will see how she does with that. Again, thanks for your help.

More minimum EPAP. Good thing she's got a bilevel.
You can try 11 but I wouldn't be surprised to see if 12 is needed.

Thanks Pugsy! I'll move EPAP minimum to 11 today and see how it goes for a while.

Thanks again,
Bernie

Needless to say, my wife has not been too compliant lately but is back to using her machine again. Here are the charts from last few days and I really don't know what to think.
