All the AirSense 10 machines will have the humidifier heater part of things built in to the machine and all you need to add is the water chamber.

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... rd-chamber

You just remove the end plate and plug the water chamber in.

Explained in the manual.

New machines come with humidifier..was yours used? Did it come with the side plate cover? I have seen a few on Craigslist for the machine alone...no humidifier, no side plate, no hose, no case.

It’s possible to buy the machine new with or without the humidifier certainly in the UK the one without the humidifier also comes with a standard slimline hose if you are getting the humidifier I recommend also buying a heated hose

Do you know if the ones without the humidifier are just stock machines with the blanking plate? or do they make machines with no opening, and no heater plate?

Just stock machines with the blanking plate I bought one and added in the heated hose and the humidifier at the time it was cheaper, who knows why? Resmed also wanted £30 for the first year cellular charges of My air I declined their kind offer. That was before I moved to my S9 due to CA’s

Thanks for the info... I'd wondered if they'd done something to be cheaper...
