AHI = 0.0

I just had my second nightly 0.0 AHI. My numbers are less than 1.0 95% of the time, but zero has only happened twice since I have been using my CPAP starting 17 months ago.

Took me about a year to get my first 0.0. Now I get them about once a month.

In 11 years, I have only been below 1.0 about 10 times. Unrealistic goal for me.

congrats! while 0.0 isn't the goal, we DO celebrate it when it happens!!

I can get 0.0 often if I subtract my SWJ from my AHI.

I have not seen that number since I checked my savings balance . . .

0.2 last night and 0.8 the night before. Still under 1.0, but that 0.0 is rare. Maybe tonight?

My nightly average is a .7, which over the years has eased up from a .4. Like others, I'll get a zero once or twice a month. Two or three times a year, I've started getting a +1. On those nights, I didn't sleep well and the nightmares were very bad.
