Sleep issues, at least at first, is a known issue with full bore keto. It *should* right itself as you progress and your body gets used to being in ketosis.
If it doesn't, then you may try an intermittent fasting plan instead. Something like a 16/8 (16 hours fasting, 8 hours eat window) is fairly easy to handle.
But be careful with either of these, try them out and if something doesn't feel right, lighten up on it. It's really easy to go overboard.
