Looks like good progress to me.

It wasn't my most restful night, but I'm encouraged by seeing those AHI numbers drop. 2.1 is my best one yet.

yup, looks good. and the rest will come after a bit. you've been getting gawd awful sleep for any number of years. oddly enough, it can take some time for your body to get used to the "new normal".
