I have only had a few occular migraines over the years. No pain, but the vision disturbances would get worse and then I couldn't see well enough to do much. The last two, I stopped and took a break with my eyes closed, so they went away faster.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Another ocular migraine sufferer. Don't get them very often, but it's like part of my vision drops out. Like I'll look at printed words and won't see all the letters. No headache (thank god), sometimes a touch of nausea, usually not. They're brought on by stress, and if I feel one coming I can consciously relax and not have it actually start. Infrequent, though, and I'm sure not associated with cpap. Same with cpap as before starting cpap *smile*.
However, the idea of getting a medical checkup if these just started up "out of the blue" makes a lot of sense to me.
