Why the $600 price limit?
What would you spend for a good mattress?
You need cpap quality for the same reason.
I would spend at least as much for my machine as I did for my bed.
Save up, and settle for a cheaper phone, smaller TV, or less flashy car.
Priorities sometimes need close examination.
