30 days, 0 leaks with my Bleep DreamPort

Post by djams » Fri Jun 21, 2019 1:29 pm

Noticed this on my AirSense screen this morning. No leaks over the past 30 days. Prompted me to look at 90 days - I'm at 4L/min over that time period.

Can't begin to describe the positive effect this is having on my sleep!

I can credit the DreamPort with the low AHI too. My SWJ is way down, a good indicator that I'm sleeping better.

Hey me too!

Though, I don't have the Bleeps, my leaks are also down to 0 Litres / minute. And look at that AHI, 0.0! Pretty darn good, I'd say.

Sleeping great, as you can see I'm averaging over 28 hours per day.

Congrats on your zero leak rate. My leak rate was 12 but I had a 0.0 ahi.

djams and all - Wow that's amazing! Congratulations! I am so jealous! What is SWJ? Dog Slobber you must look awesome being so well rested!

Still struggling with my Bleep and motorboat mouth and pig rooting even with three vertical tapes and 3 horizontal tapes. I look like a zombie. Playing with gradually increasing pressures with Pugsy's suggestions/help and some other settings. For me, the thing about the Bleep is I don't feel that nice push of air going in my nose like I get with one of my nasal pillows. Maybe that will come as I continue to increase pressure. But I've learned so much in the couple of weeks I've been here that has changed how I have been doing things thanks to this great community.

What is SWJ?
Sleep Wake Junk.

These are anomalies that get flagged as events by CPAP machines while we're awake or in the transition stage from wakefulness to being asleep because of erratic breathing.

They artificially rise our AHI value, but they should be disregarded.

I don't like to brag, but which way to the gun show.......

Motorboating is that sound that sounds like flappy, putt, putt, putt sound that either your tongue or lips or God knows what makes and sounds just like a motorboat. Aww...you're puttin me on!
