Bleep DreamPort without Rx

What online vendors sell the Bleep DreamPort? I found one vendor so far for what seems too expensive even for a non-Rx purchase.

It is an RX purchase, but some vendors do not require an RX. Doesn't make the item cheaper.
Currently $98 seems to be a common price.
