Need Encore Software & help with PR System 1 Bipap Auto SV

I am using an old PR System One Bipap Auto SV Advanced. 50 series. Got it used. I was able to download the data on the SD card to PC for dream mapper but it only gives me limited data. Oscar and Sleepyhead only say I used machine for 45 minutes. Dream mapper at least gives me the correct nearly 8 hour usage and AHI like the readout on the machine. I have been reading that encore software may help. I can't find this anywhere and all the links with the equipment providers are saying it is discontinued. Can anybody help here? I really need better reports than dream mapper provides. Also, machine alarm went off several times in the night. I was groggy and turned the alarm off, but I believe it was saying "periodic breathing". I could be wrong on that though as I do not see anything in manual for that alarm. I do have clinical manual and have turned the only alarms I know of off. Leak Alarm. Any suggestions. The machine seems to work OK. I have tried both Cpap and Bilevel and those did not work well with me. My AHI number with my first night on this machine was 3.5 which is really good for what I have experienced. So, I am liking the old SV machine. Just need help with the alarm thing. I am still on windows 7 right now.

Then you can go to the Private area where you will see "Private Files and Links"....go in there and you will find a thread that explains how to request Encore Pro.

Make sure that optistart is not enabled as that has been known to mess up sleepyhead and Oscar sleep sessions

Thanks for the help. I will become a member of other board and see if I can get encore. I reformatted SD card and it was able to download enough for me to get a glance on sleepyhead. Numbers were pretty good and I felt well rested for the first time in at least 6 months. According to reports I was snoring a bunch. Report said 42 snoring events in 3 hours and vibratory snore was 5.50. Some of the sleepyhead data appears to stop partway through the night. I will see what I can see with encore.
