be careful trying too many new things at once. if something doesn't work out for you, you may not know which it is.
Sage advice right here.

Hello All: I sure could use some help. I'm working on my nervous breakdown here. Maybe I did try too many things at once. Last night I had my first ever Cheney Stokes and that freaked me out. I started this journey last September. Have been through 4 Full masks that blew off my face/leaked, then a small and a medium nasal, then two different nasal pillows and now about a week on Bleep. I just cannot get it right. Earlier I posted my 6/11 chart and took suggestions. Here I am attaching my 6/12, 6/14, 6/16. All bombs. Forgot to put it in on 6/13 and couldn't find it after downloading it on 6/15. Yeah I am getting a little scattered and brain dead.

I upped my low from 4 to 6 as suggested. I expanded the EPR level to 3 as someone thought might help. I turned off the ramp thinking that would help. I didn't increase upper to 10 as I have had problems with that in the past so started at 9.20. Next night lowered it to 9.00 and about 8:30 a.m. lowered it again to 8.60. That looked awful so the last night I went back to 9.00. Could this be too high? It seems like in the past I have often done better around 7.40, minimum at 4, and 1 EPR level. I tried to attach my stats but it seems to only take 3 so I'll try to add that in a separate post. You can see I've struggled from the beginning. Although the last few nights I have FINALLY got the mouth taping done really well. I just don't know what to try next and I sure would appreciate you experts taking a look at these 3 charts. They appear to have attached in reverse. Thanks in advance!

I actually thought I slept really well last night until I saw this. FIrst Cheyne Stokes. My snoring ap was good and my Sleep Number bed #'s were good.

I thought maybe 9.20 was too high so I started at 9.00 and was having trouble so about 8:30 a.m lowered it to 8.20.

I thought increasing to 10 might be too much so started at 9.20. My CA's are usually when I'm going to sleep.

It’d be great if we could get a new thread started for bjhunt01. I’d do it if I knew how, but....

Couple questions:
1. Is the DreamPort leaking at all? A seal check in the morning should reveal it’s still in place.
2. Is it only the mouth tape that’s breaking lose during the night?
The leak graph shows a gradual sporadic increase during the night, getting higher as it goes on.
3. Have you thought about something for the skin to make the tape seat better?

You could do it but you would own the thread.
I could do it but I would own the thread.
We could call it "bjhunt01 therapy help thread".
It would look weird with our names as owners.

Now I can move his posts in this thread to a new thread...that I can do but they get a bit weird in where they get placed in terms of sequence.

Hello All: I sure could use some help
Okay....first thing I want you to do is start a thread of your own....Call it "bjhunt01 therapy help thread".
Make one post in the body of the post...something simple...like "made my own thread as requested".

Second thing I want you to do is turn off EPR...sleep for the night and then post the results.
Don't change anything else...one change at a time and right now....turning EPR off is the change to make.

I can try to move your posts in this thread to your new thread and not make things confusing. If I can't avoid confusion I will link back to your posts here and explain why.
In the meantime when I get the cobwebs out of my head I will look at all your changes and try to come up with a plan....but for right now...the first part of the plan is turn EPR off. I want to see if that helps your central apneas reduce or not.

Don't panic over the brief time with CSR being flagged. Just means you have some unstable breathing going on with all the centrals and I will explain in more detail later.
Let me get some coffee in me and clear out the cobwebs and I will come back and explain the method to my madness here.

Pugsy: you're an angel - I feel reassured and reassured that I am in good hands. I look forward to your responses and this afternoon will start a separate thread. Thank you so much!!!!
