Other than the CAs/centrals point to arousals which mean less than ideal sleep quality...I wouldn't worry about them.
Give things some time with the new settings and see if your body adjusts to it more and the arousals decrease (hopefully).
Go by how you feel overall and if 4 PS is more comfortable and lets you get to sleep easier and better...then use it because we gotta get to sleep first for any of this stuff to matter.
There is some truth to the give it time thing...I once did an experiment with some settings and over a period of 6 weeks my AHI reduced 50% and time slept increased 45 minutes...all without changing a thing.
Only thing I noticed in terms of how I felt was the fact that with 45 more minutes of sleep on average I felt better. It wasn't the AHI because on other nights with less sleep and a still low AHI I noticed I didn't feel so good during the day.
Quantity of sleep is just as important as quality for me anyway. I can get perfect quality (on paper anyway) in terms of AHI and leak, etc but if I don't get the quantity it doesn't matter because my butt still drags.
