It’s been just under two months of mostly good AHI and decent sleep. 7-8 hours broken into 3-4 segments. Energy seems to be picking up as of today, as in I woke up feeling normal. It lasted until noon. Is two months out a documented/known energy improvement turning point? Or is this entirely an individual thing?

the latter. it's ENTIRELY an individual thing. it took me longer than that, but then my therapy wasn't optimized.

on the other hand, some rare individuals take to cpap right away and feel the benefits immediately.

so it's hard to put any time limit on it or predict when it's going to happen. mostly, it seems to come in degrees rather than an A-HA moment.

you might want to look into sleep hygiene. google it. those multiple wake ups could be something that sleep hygiene could help you with.

continued good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

It’s good to hear your feeling more energy. As Zonker says, there’s no general pattern to improvement, nor is it always a straight line. But I’d bet your general trend will be a good one. Onward!

It’s definitely not a straight line. And if my AHI goes above 1.0 I’m exhausted. It’s an interesting process.
