Transition to S10 Autoset and p30i

Moved on after 5+ years on an S9 Elite and p10 mask. As far as the machine is concerned, I had little in the way of complaints with the old machine. The new machine is less "clunky" looking, but I still wish that ResMed would incorporate a function alarm clock and maybe even a USB charger port just to increase the utility of bedside table real estate! My variable pressure is set between 8-15CM from the steady 10cm on the old S9. When I first turn it on, I might be feeling a little sensation of air hunger at the lower 8cm, but it seems to quickly pass. The results and data have been excellent after three nights, but the AHI was excellent before.

Early returns, but the p30i might be a huge improvement over the p10. I was also fidgeting and playing with the p10 to decrease leaks and keep the positioning at the optimal point. With the new p30i, I basically setr it and forget it. I believe that I have many less "leak arousels" overnight, and this would represent a huge improvement over the p10. Whereas the p10 was like wearing nothing, there is a bit of a pressure sensation on the frenulum between the nostrils. I have slightly loosened the straps to try to mitigate this feeling.

I am using the MyAir ResMed computer app to view data. My setup has no SD card, so not sure how to import data to SleepyHead.

All in all, moving from one machine to another was a non-event. And I strongly suspect that the new p30i will be an improvement over the p10.

Assuming you have the airsense 10 autoset, there is a slot for an SD card hidden behind a rubber flap on the side of the machine.

That flap has the "SD" logo printed right on it.
Any standard sd card should work, smaller is preferable.
2, 4, or 8 gb should be fine.
Discount stores have them at reasonable prices.
