Printing report from Oscar

Post by joelrk35 » Fri Jun 07, 2019 5:33 pm

Is anyone having a problem with the print function in Oscar? When I try to print from Oscar the report is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. When I was printing from SleepyHead the report filled the page and there was not problem reading it. I don't know if there is something I can do on my end or if it is an Oscar issue. I am using an iMac with the latest operating system (Mohave 10.14.5). Thanks for any help.

Haven't used a Mac in a while but have you gone into the preferences, advanced settings and make sure paper is set to letter?

Printing using SleepyHead is fine, but when I try to print from Oscar I have a problem with font size. I worked around the problem by taking a screen shot and printing from preview. This is a little round about but it does work.

I haven't seen anyone else report this as a problem on the Mac. I have logged this as an issue to be investigated.

Which report are you having a problem with? Or is it with all reports?

I just tried all reports i.e. daily, overview and statistical . Only the statistical report is a problem for me as far as font size of the report. Can't figure it out. Joel

I have an iMac (10.14.4), no problems for me.

Might be a font substitution problem, Go into the preferences and make a note of your existing fonts and change them.
