You know if it works for you...and you are sleeping great and feeling those good numbers....I would be leaving things alone if it were me.
If you never reach the maximum...doesn't matter what it is set at.
As for the flow limitations...again if you are sleeping good and feeling good then I would let them slide. Those are far from horrible...mine probably are worse than yours. :lol:
I see no urgent need to change anything myself.
