DO NOT BUY FROM CPAPMAN.com

Hi All,

Just finished purchasing a BPS-150W (or so I thought) from CPAPMAN.com. What I received was an older model #MRI1211US. They are insisting that this is the same as the BPS-150W.

Even their website shows the correct picture and description (color) of the BPS-150. I pointed out the differences such as the grounding plug and the Model # (a clear give away). They said "no, you received the item you ordered."

Unbelievable !!!!! So now I have to send it back at my expense. Bait & Switch if you ask me.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!

Call your credit card company and tell then you didn't receive the item you ordered and you want to reverse the charge.

Then when the scam company doesn't get paid for their product tell them you'll be happy to return the product at their expense.
