OT: Board Troublemakers

Let's eliminate the troublemakers (Knightsleeper and the helicopter boy) from the board

There are MORE WORTHY candidates. MANY more.

Some FAR more worthy, but THEY are 'sheltered', like children, and can't BE touched.

MAYBE we should just ban anyone who posts an OT thread...

Who decides who are the troublemakers ? I know who I would vote off the island. It wouldn't be the experts.

You know I didn't see the names either. Probably did not register.
I saw the poll,knew what it meant, logged in and voted.
I would have sworn there were no names there when I first looked though.

The way I see it ... crap...*puts glasses on* ...there we go. The way I see it is to let them sort it out, they will eventually run out of gas and stop bothering others, once they realize they're not going to win. Even if the troublemakers do get banned, there are ways to get around a ban with message board technology the way it is. It doesn't matter if it's phpBB or any other company, the loophole is still there. So, that's my thoughts.

I think maybe that you just didn't notice it. It's there for all the world to see even if a person isn't a member here and can't vote. I just logged out to see if it shows up.....it does.

No they won't. You have to understand he knows he isn't going to "win" that isn't the game he is playing.
He craves attention. Good or bad. It does not matter to him. He will just go on and on. No doubt he will come up with some other twist and be back.

I find it difficult to vote for limiting the free speech of those who call for limitations to free speech.

And I find it difficult to call for bullying those attempting to bully those they consider bullies.

So I guess my only choice is kick myself out of this thread before I accidentally foe myself somehow or something.

This poll gives people another voice...that's all it does and the same rights that allow the constant reincarnation of threads bitching about threads being locked .....gives LSAT the right to do his poll and people to respond however they want to respond.
Will either actually accomplish anything???? Remains to be seen but I won't be holding my breath except to maybe to try to ward off the stink of the cesspool contents.

Sorry poor choice of words. You are his sheriff or maybe if you watch Game of Thrones "hand of the king" You follow his directions and make sure his wishes are carried out. ( basically you are stuck in the crypt drinking wine while all the night kings dead pop out around you. Not fun. )

Good point though I would say that sometimes people give misleading or false advise because they believe it to be correct. Intent is, IMO, also part of the equation. Would the person shouting fire really believed there is a fire vrs. the person who was shouting fire to get attention?
