Hi Everyone,
I am using Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset with N20 Nasal Mask. But since March 8, I have been facing issues in the graphs I am getting in SleepyHead. Attached are the graphs from 25 April 2019 and 5 December 2018. When I check the usage of the machine it shows 1.56 hours used in the machine but I actually used the machine for 6.5 hours.
1. Why is there a breakage in the graph although my machine was working for 6.5 hours?
2. Is this a problem with the machine or the nasal mask as I have changed the mask recently and my max pressure is touching 20 most of the time?
Thanks for the response in advance.
Regards,
DDSR

Welcome to the forum.
What does ResScan show for usage?
If the machine LCD screen is showing inaccurate hours of use....my guess is something is wrong with the machine and how it writes data to the machine's internal memory.
Might try a new SD card just to be trying but if the machine itself on the LCD screen isn't showing correct hours of use....most likely the machine itself has a problem.

Pugsy is right - change your SD card, check the "official" hours against your unnofficial hours, and if there is a difference, take the machine back!
I had a machine in February that I took back. I was getting data gaps like yours, and it was also shooting up to a pressure of 20 like yours.
Here is another experiment to try, which was my deal breaker. I set max pressure to 18 one night, and the machine still went up to 20!
Good luck! And come back and let us know what happened!

Thanks guys for the feedback. My guess is that the machine is malfuctioning. But a new machine cost is way too high here in India. Mine's out of warranty so I'll have to by to buy a new one which is somewhere around 1200 USD. I will try to set the pressure to 18 and see if it goes to 20.
I have also heard about some calibration RESMED service centers do? Has anyone heard of it ?

Check secondwindcpap.com for a machine.
They have both used and new open box machines....considerably less than $1200 US...even with shipping to India tacked on.
They will ship internationally.

Replace the SD card before you replace the machine. It may just be a bad SD card.ddsr wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2019 1:45 pmThanks guys for the feedback. My guess is that the machine is malfuctioning. I understand but I am not feeling 100% from a few days. Had a bad episode in my office after 2.5 years since using the CPAP machine. So definitely the machine is malfunctioning.
I am also exploring new option like the one given below. Has anyone used this CPAP?

We don't know that machine over here, but I see no mention of data being accessible- something you'd want. Don't be rushed by 'only a few left' - not the way to sell a medical device!
And why show a mask when the machine's being advertised? Or does the mask come with it?
