When I go to settings the text size is below the bottom of the screen and not accessible.

SleepyHead Problem
When I bring up Sleepyhead on my 43" 4K monitor the text is so large that the left hand side bar occupies the entire screen. When I close the left side bar the large text overwhelms the graphs rendering them unusable.
When I go to settings the text size is below the bottom of the screen and not accessible.
HELP!!
