Charts at various pressures. Did I overshoot?

Post by gocamels » Tue Apr 23, 2019 11:21 am

My pulmonologist started me at 4-20, Which I used faithfully for 2 months. My median pressure was always in the 8-9 range, so I increased my min to 7 and turned on EPR. I was still seeing some spikes, and my min was still in the 8ish range, so I bumped it to 9. So, am I still headed in the right direction, or should I back down to 7 or 8? I do occasionally have some leaks, and last night they woke me up a couple of times.. But, at the lower pressures, I was feeling suffocated and had to mouth breathe to get enough air to get to sleep. That was better at 7, and was completely gone at 9. So, looking for a bit of advice, I have included a chart at 4-20, 7-20 and 9-20.

For some reason, one chart didn't upload. Trying again. Here's a 4-20 night.

I'm thinking that a minimum of 10, maybe more, is going to be needed.
