Need a new machine, but don’t want another study

I have a prescription on file with cpap.com from 2014. It says cpap. I have been using an old apap machine which I like better. I want to get a new apap. Will cpap.com sell me an apap with my current prescription? I really don’t want to go back to the doctor for a new script, he will want another sleep study and I don’t want to deal with that again.

Yes.
Cpap.com will sell an apap with a cpap RX on file.
That's because an apap is a cpap machine. You just can't get a bilevel machine with a cpap RX.
Now cpap.com might set it to whatever the RX says but if they do you can just change it.
