New owner again. This morning, my machine display shows a smiley face on mask fit, but the My Air app shows a poor leak rate of 45, which the app says if greater than 24 L/min is poor.
How do I reconcile this?

You need to understand the numbers you are seeing for one thing.
The 45 you see on the MyAir app is likely the 95% leak number and all that means is for 95% of the night you were AT OR BELOW 45 L/min for the night. It is NOT where you were at for 95% of the night.....that "or below" part of the definition of any 95% number is real important but often missed.
You get a Mr Smiley face on the machine when you don't exceed 24 L/min for 30% or more of the night....
So for at least 70% of the night your leak level was below 24 L/min.
That 45 L/min really doesn't mean much. It's easily skewed upwards by relatively short periods in large leak territory...
It's just a number that often scares the hell out of people when they don't understand what it represents.
To really be able to understand your leaks....you need to be using available software and evaluating the leak line itself all night long.
Numbers don't tell the whole story.
See this thread....my 95% numbers were horrible but it's fairly easy to see that the majority of the night that leaks were very well managed.
