clear airways

they always happen while im awake, it takes at lest an hour to go asleep, there all clustered around that time and in morning before i shut mach off, if i have ahi of 8, 6 or 7 are clear, can i not pay to much attention to them, i shut the mach as soon as i wake up and have stoped almost all at that time,

Don't let them bother you. Often referred to as Sleep/Wake/Junk.

When I first started CPAP I used to get a lot of them.

Now that I have my pressures dialled in and I've got used to CPAP, Most have gone away. Download SleepyHead, read the pinned topics on how to format charts and let some the experts help you dial in your therapy.

Yes, ignore any that are when you're awake... either that, or stop not breathing while awake.

would it help useing ramp for 30 or 45 min and i might be asleep, asuming it does not start working till ramp is over

I seem to recall not getting them while in ramp on my Resmed Airsense 10, with ramp set to auto.

What type of machine? Put it in your profile.
