Its been a while but back

I haven't been on here in a while. Lots has happened. I retired just over 4 years ago. Injuries from work slowed me down and the weight went on. I found out I have been diabetic for some time. I have been trying to diet and exercise to no avail. I have been going to a private gym with a private trainer since July, working on movement of the body and getting back to exercise. I haven't done well with losing weight, exercising enough or getting my blood sugar under control. After my Dr suggesting a few times, I started on Nutrisystem for diabetics. I am on my second week of the diet and have lowered my blood sugar some and leveled it out. I went for supplies and ended up with a new machine and a different mask. My equipment is listed below and I like the mask and it works great, however I am getting some mask leaks around the nose, which I posted about in another thread. The machine is great and I am waiting for a nights sleep or more to see the data and see what others think about it. Life is busy, but I will try and remain active or somewhat active on these boards.

That’s correct. Before this week I want on here for well over a year.
